Transformer, pour évoluer...

Les transitions, les changements sont autant de chances d'apprendre, de transformer pour évoluer... C'est facile à dire quand on n'a pas le nez dans les problématiques!! Ce sont des moments où on se sent "à côté"... mais de quoi donc? Peut être à côté de Soi...n'est ce pas?

 

La machine est grippée et tout un tas de petits dysfonctionnements s'installent de façon plus ou moins gênants, envahissants, addictifs...Alors on accélère le patinage plus ou moins artistique, on compense, on masque, on gère...plus ou moins...Que d'énergie perdue!

 

Prendre le temps de se recentrer, de retrouver l'équilibre de notre petit écosystème, retrouver le bonheur puissant d'être et d'agir...Impossible? Pas le temps? .......Vraiment......?....Que pourriez vous y gagner d'essayer?
